I'm Lorraine Hamilton!

A good friend of mine once said to me…

“if we sliced you down the middle, you would have coaching running through you”.

Now, aside from the slightly gory picture that statement conjures up, she was completely right.

Coaching has been my passion for almost two decades. From learning, practising and then teaching and mentoring other coaches it still lights my soul to help others become the person that they never knew they could be.

This work is my passion and I am thrilled to be spending this time with you. I promise it will be worth your time.
